(Question to mod) You said your mom saw Twilight Sparkle as an alicorn and then you showed us what she texted you when she saw her on facebook and then you called her kawaii. Are you saying your mom is part of the Brony fandom, or that you told her you're a Brony and that she was completely okay with it? It was just something I saw and had to ask. She thinks they’re cute too, and she’s really proud of my artistic contributions making me slightly popular among Bronies. Hell, she loves anything that she can use to remind me that I’m a wonderful and talented young woman that she’s always proud of (oh gosh, my mom is a sweetnums!)
It was the opposite with my dad when I was still on speaking terms with him. He liked that I was getting some sort of notoriety out of it, but he found the whole Brony thing to be embarrassing. I guess his daughter can only make money from Ponies if she’s paid directly by Hasbro, which my older sister is.))
