Ask Miss Twilight Sparkle

Hello, Tumblr! Oh gosh, oh gosh. It’s been a little while since I uploaded anything, hasn’t it? Well, I was trying to magic up a really good costume for Nightmare Night, and I kind of messed it up. I’ve been trying to fix it, but everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked just yet. 

I’m a little embarrassed to show my face until I’ve fixed the problem, but I promise, if I haven’t fixed it by tomorrow night, I’ll still post something, no matter how funny looking I am. Oh, gosh, PLEASE pray that I fix it before then!

(I have to apologize to all of you. I promised you all a special treat tonight for the 200 followers, but I’m not going to be able to do it tonight. Sometimes I get these INSANE headaches that last for hours, and they just take it all out of me. Tomorrow my head will hopefully feel better, so to make it up to you, I’ll post more than one of the requests!)

When I awoke this morning, I checked my pageand discovered I had somehow garnered 205 followers! This is great! I mean, I was expecting maybe 20 or 30 tops, so this is astounding to me!

Now, I know it’s customary to celebrate big milestones in follower numbers. I know Rarity gave us all a little *ahem* thank you gift for 2000 followers, and I probably will as well. Just not to that degree of… violence or depravity, either tonight or tomorrow night.

On a side note, I want to think you all for not asking me anything sexual thus far. I mean, even if you had, I probably wouldn’t have answered them, but it makes it a lot easier not having to sift through all the debauchery!

(I feel like this Tumblr is being a slight bit misunderstood, at least by those introduced to it by Ponibooru ((Thank you, by the way, to whomever submitted it there!))

In the comments on Ponibooru, I’ve seen a lot of people saying this is simply another Grimdark pony, but this isn’t the case. My objective with Miss Twilight Sparkle is to be a glint of hope in the Tumblr Grimdark Fanon. An attempt to keep a bit of sanity.

Yes, I had a question earlier that pushed Twilight to attempt suicide, but let’s be honest. If your best friends had turned up dead, or become psychotic murderers and sadomasochists; if you were all alone in the world, don’t you think, maybe for a moment, you would lose all hope as well?

Of course, a lot of what happens to Twilight will depend on the questions asked. If she keeps getting pushed and pushed towards dark magic, if she’s overwhelmed with love and support, if she’s harassed by the likes of Discord and Jigsaw, or even encouraged to “understand” Rarity. It’s going to be a surprise to me as well. So let’s all enjoy her growth and adventure together, shall we?)

I think yesterday I saw that she was following me, but now suddenly, she’s not. Perhaps I answered too many questions too fast and flooded her wall, thereby annoying her to the point of un-following me. If that is the case, then Rarity, if you read this, I am truly sorry.

For those of you wondering, yes, I am following her, but I haven’t had the courage to look at her previous submissions. From what I’ve heard they get pretty gruesome, and I don’t think I’m ready to see my dear friend like that. I’ve seen her kissing Prince Blueblood (which REALLY surprised me!)

Also, it seems Applejack is okay. I found her Tumblr page this evening, and aside from hitting the sasparilla a bit hard to cope with the chaos, she’s unharmed!

I apologize for the lack of any visual submissions tonight. I’m visiting my parents and Spike in Canterlot, and their computer is without a camera. I’ll answer a few questions tonight, though!
